Ok ^_^ I talked with my friend Tara. She was going to let us stay in the discount room with her *she's part of Detour Staff* but she and I have too many people when added together. So you guys are going to room seperately with me. I wanted to check what you guys wanted for a room.
Here's who's Coming so Far: *let me know if you want to be removed that will change prices etc.*

=8 of us
SO, what would you guys prefer for a room?
*rates are per person for the whole weekend*
~ One Room *2 double beds + floor space* = $23
~ Two Rooms = $45
~ King Suite *King Bed + floor space* and if still available= $33
~Jacuzzi Suite = $43

man it sounds like you guys are gonna have an awesome time ^_^ wish i could go  on the brightside there's actually an anime convention near me this weekend *shock horror/dies* which is actually the only one in my state! So of course i'm attending it and i'm also showing Hollow at the AMV competition. ^_^ hope you guys have lotsa fun at Anime Detour and take lotsa photos so i can seeeeeee |

With 8 people? Deffinetly 2 rooms. I've spent nights in hotels with friends and those rooms have less free space than you'd think. In fact, I deem it impossible to pack 8 people into a single hotel room. Unless these rooms are larger than I thought.

Actually, the room is bigger than you're thinking. We've fit more people into a room than 8. Besides, all we really do is sleep there, if that. Really, 8 isn't bad for a room that size. But if we decide we wanna spend the extra money, thats fine. Um... and there might be 2 more people coming, we're not sure yet. If that happens we'll definitely get 2 rooms, no question.

 Pana and her sister can't come. Pana realized she'll be looking at Graduate colleges over break. But my friend Casey wants to go and he said maybe 2 others will too... but of course he's not sure.. I love getting things ready in advance ^_^ haha it kills me when people say they don't know and don't get back to me. But I guess basic idea for the room will be whatever is cheapest and most spacious. If we went for the double room I'd even just want to check into getting the Jaccuzi suite! Cause.. well... it has a Jacuzzi! and it's about the same price as getting 2 rooms... unless people are against it ^_^ Odds are we wouldn't get it though cause there are only 3 available. I should call tomorrow and see if I can! |

Make sure they are specific when they say exactly what a Jacuzzi is... It's usually just an oversized bath tub big enough for one person, or two people cuddling  I've also seen them show an actual jacuzzi in the Hotel catalogue, only to discover that it has had the middle cut out, so no more than 2 people can really fit comfortable. |

Hmm... I'd rather have 2 rooms instead of the jacuzzi. A little more money would equal a lot more sleep. Plus...dunno how much time we would spend in that thing. AZ...are you going to pre-register for me? The early end of the year (discount) deadline is fast approaching.  . If it's really a hassle, I can give you the money when you register yourself. |

Each person pays about $33
So 5 in one room 6 in another. There are 2 queen size beds in each room. I think this will work well ^_^ We usually shove around 8 people into a room, so this will be pretty comfy having 5 or6 in a room.
I Just reserved our 2 rooms today and according to the lady they were the last 2 non-smoking rooms.
Sephy You better Go! ^_^ C'mon guys, tell him!
