Yes, bring a sleeping bag. Oh, and since I'll be driving you all up to the con, I have one request... no, make that a requirement.
Please... please shower on either the MORNING WE'RE LEAVING or the night before. Considering, well, it's gonna by five guys in close quarters.
I figured I probably didn't have to worry about this, but I'm gonna say it anyway just in case.
Oh, and I did get the van from my family, so we'll be riding down with two people up front (AC, be my navigator please ^_^ ) and the rest of you can fight over the two armchair seats in the middle or the big bench seat in back.
And... I want to leave early in the morning. Like... think 8 A.M. early, if AC is willing to skip his class. If not, we can wait.
YAAAAY! CON IN ONE WEEK!

Hahah ^_^ Yeah the con's have a funny policy *it's not really enforced but it's a good idea* the use deoderant policy  Or shower hahah It's so many geeky people shoved into small spaces it's just common curtious to not smell bad... but you will run into a few smelly Otakus... *gag* I've been stuck in the elevators with them at bigger cons. At Acen they even have a Nabeshin mascot. He's washing his fro and has the saying "Got Soap?" below it ^_^ |

I have to work until 9 PM on Thursday night. We leave Friday morning. The question becomes... do we all want to meet somewhere (preferably AC's house since we all know how to get there) OR do we want to all spend Thursday night in a centralized location (where that is I don't care, but you guys probably don't want to stay at my house. I have three younger siblings, two cats and a dog)? If we all stayed in one central location, it'd be much easier to get up and leave in the morning, but I really don't want to inconvenience anybody by saying "WE ARE STAYING AT YOUR HOUSE!" Whatever you guys want to do is ok with me. I just want to leave early, no matter what the arrangements are.

i think it might be a little difficult to have everyone meet in a central location so early, especially if we stay there the whole night. the main problem would be being able to have everyone take a shower before leaving, that might be difficult with so many people at once. and my problem is i can't make any trips anywhere so early in the morning with my brother having the car elsewhere all break. i think AC and Sephy can meet up somewhere since they live so close, but otherwise i think everyone else is stuck. anyways, i dont think the owner of the centralized location would appreciate 3 extra cars in their driveway for a weekend.  |

Agreed. -Well I have classes with AC on Tuesdays and Thursdays so he and I can work things out on our own for sure. If he's gonna skip his class I could probably walk over there with my clothes and sleeping bag (no I dont think I'm going to bring my PS2, Xbox, or 360) and chill there for a half hour waiting on you's guys. -Waffles and AZ, you two live relatively close to each other so AZ could probably pick up Waffles on the way. -Id recommend that after AZ picks up Waffle King he go pick up PyscoRedWolf right away (Waffles knows were he lives) and then you three could come to AC's house and get myself and AC/ Plus that way we'd have all 5 of us in one location before leaving, and we could check to make sure we have everything before heading out. |

Sounds good to me. X's pickup schedule appears to work the best.
Give us the final pickup time on Wed or Thur so we know when to get up. -_-; (And yes, I'll have to skip that class. Otherwise we wouldn't leave until 10 am)

Sounds like a good plan to me. I want to leave by 9 AM, so AC and X, adjust your meeting plans accordingly. What say I'll be at AC's place (with Phyco and Waffles in tow) by 8:30? Does that sound reasonable to you guys, or do you want it later? I personally don't mind getting up early for it.

BUT if we'd leave at 9am-issh or a little later would you guys mind making a pit stop at were I work then? Cuz it would be a lot more probable that i could pick up my paycheck then. But id honestly prefur leaving early, then we get their earlier and can relax and have more fun. |

oh man, was just looking through the schedule for detour and came across the game tournament list. i saw two in there that made me grin.
guitar hero and super smash bros, not melee, the n64 version.
crono, i bet you could hold your own in there. and better yet, its a one on one tournament.
