God help me I've been reading info for over four hours now and there's not even enough cliff notes that could help me get into this thing. 
It's kind of frustrating because it's such an extensive background for the RP that I feel like I need a walk-through guide versus a WIKI. That and the wiki seems to be lacking a lot of the evidence of the latest info. The latest events are what I really need in order to enter into the universe, lest I create everything from scratch and add more organizations and events to this world thus making it more complex. Which of course then because of proper role-playing etiquette I don't dare do without the permission of the mods and admins and pretty much everyone in the role-play.

I have several character Ideas and unless I get extensive complete information on this role-play I won't be able to role-play to the extent that I would like to.
That I feel like I'm entering a God-moder's universe. No offense guys. No offense.
