which material did you use to make the model? can you tell me? just pieces of this stuff. it's a dollar for a 12x24 sheet i believe. super cheap stuff. www.michaels.com/Creatology%E2%84%A2-Foam-Sheets/gc1328,default,pd.html?cgid=products-kidsteachers-creatology-foamworld&start=12 stitched together loosely with a needle and thread, then reinforced with this stuff, possible the best glue ever. takes a little while to dry though. www.michaels.com/E-6000%C2%AE/gc0181,default,pd.html?cgid=products-generalcrafts-glueandadhesives&start=155 then just painted with acrylic paint and glossed over with a thick, air drying glaze that i can't remember the name of. though i'd suggest maybe a spray on glaze as the stuff i used dried a little rubbery and didn't stick as well as i'd want. |
