Enough of concern? To pull it off from the shelves and call for a ban in Germany because it has trace amounts of the nearly chemically removed coca extract? I'm more worried about the poor soul who'd have water poisoning before he'd feel the microns add up.

Le sigh. I don't necessarily drink the stuff, but its not uncommon to have microns of whatever where its not supposed to be anyways~

According to this analysis, the 0.13 micrograms of cocaine per can of the drink does not pose a serious health threat — you'd have to drink 12,000 liters of Red Bull Cola for negative affects to be felt — but it was enough to cause concern.

Pure cocaine sells for, let's [yahoo.com] say [answers.com], $30,000 per kg. To get a kilogram of cocaine from RedBull would take 2.5 billion liters [google.com], or roughly 7 billion 12 oz cans [google.com]. A 24-case of Red Bull seems to cost about $34.80 [bodyconcept.com], or $1.45 per can.
In other words, to get 1 kg of cocaine from Red Bull would cost $10 billion, not to mention the enormous expense of purification. And all this would only be worth $30,000. It would cost 340,000 times more for the Red Bull than the cocaine would be worth.
