You guys should go to No Brand Con, the most awesome Con ever! (well besides Daisho, of course). Last year I could only go one day because of an orchestra concert, but hopefully that won't happen again. So here's some info: April 24th-26th Ramada Inn Convention Center in Eau Claire, WI I think registration is open weekend of awesomeness!! there will be another kickass rave So yeah! We will see what happens, but if at all possible I will be going. It would be awesome to see you guys again!!  |

Im feelin your pain on the soreness; It wasnt nessecerily my back that ended up being sore, but I musta tore a tendon or someting in my elbow from doing all the air guitar motions at the rave. This was the third rave Ive been to that I somehow ended up wearing steel toed boots. @_@
Does this mean DZX will be shooting for 3 conventions a year? Im definetly up for that! Its really helping now that most of DZX in general have graduated from college. I eagerly look forward to any cons the midwest has to offer!

oh man steel-toed boots! those would hurt...good thing you never had a reason to kick anyone.
Well, I am still in college and am going to London over Christmas break so we'll see how the money situation with me goes. Maybe I'll just ask for donations from everyone I know for Christmas..that will work. Ahh man, what would life be without anime cons and epic pain-inducing raves? i really have no idea. the world would be a lot less happier.

steel toes?  ouchies! i started out the rave in two t-shirts and a sweatshirt... needless to say THAT didnt last long at all... beyond that my tired/soreness was a result of my not overly great physical shape lol... i should fix that |

Well, as a little update to this certain con...
$30 Pre-reg ends Monday, March 23rd.
With Detour being my current personal choice for conventions and not having/getting that well-to-do career job I've been wanting this past year, I will not be attending.
Making that Best Buy Anime run several weeks back essentially used my disposable/fun time income to go to a second con.
Discuss at your leisure.
