Given the incident with the ProBoards servers noted here AltruisticCrono proposed the idea of backing up the PLRPG posts so that they can be preserved in the event of another forum incident similar to what happened to ProBoards or our old EZBoard forum. A good idea for backing up would be to have each member of the PLRPG backup their own characters posts and then having everyone else grab posts made by former members as they can. So if you'd want to help keep a backup going, please sign up here.

I've kept a lot of my posts, and a few of other folks', but still need to organize/take stock before I can specify just how much I currently have. From there I'll attempt to back-up all my own posts that I may have missed. Depending on what time I have and when, I may consider snagging other now-absent folks' posts too, but don't engrave it in stone yet.
I really hope we can rebuild at least some of our old lost posts too. I might have some that had been lost from ezboard. We really do need an idea of how to go about a rebuild. Maybe eventually a thread or sub-forum can be made and we can try and cram in what we've been able to find from the past, and shuffle the order around as we find any coming inbetween.
Guess we'll seeeee.
