(ooc: the first part of my post will be from an observation angle to give better depth of the conditions of Nukes origin, il change the view point time to time to give more depth and detail)
Various tubes and electronic cables ran from a metal plated coffin in the middle of a stuffy, cold room deep in the depths of a Senate R&D lab. Locked deep within the layers of steel, glass, and sensors lay a man stripped of all humanity but four letters... Nuke. The small door to the bleak room roared open as fresh air flushed in. A tall, stringy man in a white lab coat is shoved through the door, and as soon as it was opened it, locks back in place. The man twitches for a moment, then begins to curse under his breath. "Stupid ignorant Senate watchdogs....just you wait”.
The man waddled over to a large, cobbled input panel, strewn with various types of both old and new technology. They layer over each other, preserving one another. "Do they really think any dolt can do all that I do?... I manage the systems, the genome and nano growth...if it wasn’t for me ...” He cracks his knuckles softly and begins to furiosly type data into mulitple keypads and input panels, as more displays hum to life, showing every thing from x-ray scans, E.K.G's, catscans, and various heat and energy scans. "Maybe it's time ... my child could do more good in the outside world..." The doctor hummed in the back of his throat and walked over to the coffin, sliding open a hidden input panel. He typed for a moment, until a loud, ear piercing beep echoed throughout the room.
The coffin hissed as large rotating cylinders spun into place and lifted vertically, as the top folded up and into itself, revealing several layers of switch panels and lock releases. A voice cut through the thick door outside. "Hey doc, what the hell are you doing in there, keep it down!" The doctor hissed a little under his breath and muttered back. "Gotta clean the relays, shut your mouth. You might wake him..." The doctor laughed at his own words and began to rapidly turn switches from their on to off positions too and fro, rerouting the sensors to the buffer in the internal system. "Stupid Senate pricks, I told them I needed a new tech budget... well, it's their own demise..." The doctor grinned and engaged the locks for the top.
The panel slides away as hydraulics hiss and lock into place, revealing the face of Nuke. “Soon those bastards will kill me off to keep this a secret from the rest of the Senate”. With a simple stroke of his hand the doctor began to run decompression cycles on the chamber, slowly beginning to drain the suspending jell holding Nuke in place and shielding him from vibrations and sound.
"No, I won’t end like that. I made this child... this man is what he is, I wont subject him to death or even worse... the Senates new mind lab." The doctor gritted his teeth until he could feel the risk of breaking them and began to disengage the glass canister seal. He turned around and walked to the door. "I better bide some time to bring him up to speed..."
Swiftly he swiped out a small pair of pliers and pulled retaining pins from the door panel and disengaged the opening arm. Nuke lay covered in black metal breathing apparatus totally isolated and contained from the world around him for almost 20 years. His hair moved back and forth inside the suspending jell in the chamber.
(ooc): I will now switch to the doctors perspective to go into detail about his actions up to this point)

It’s been nearly 20 years since I've seen my Childs face, my work, my creation. And I can still remember the day I began, the hell I put this child through. My time is almost at an end... even if I dont die of old age, those bastards in the R.D. head office will kill me to shut me up.
The doctor waved his hand over the now exposed lower panel and began to furiously type in command lines for draining the fluid suspending Nuke.
"Come on hurry up you piece of crap.” The fluid drained out finally, and the doctor again began to move his hand over the command panel and input codes. The coffin leaned back to about 75 degrees and hissed as the main casting separated down the middle revealing all of the tube. Nuke lay softly in the back of the tube. "I am going to set you free... free to destroy every thing they built!" The doctor then leaned down and began to manually spin cylinder locks, slowly opening the tube in half, leaving Nuke exposed.
"And now to wake you." The doctor reached his hand over a newly exposed panel on the side of the glass with many medical functions. He hovered his hand over the 'dephib' button, and was about to press it when Nukes eyes shot wide open, causing a small burst of energy and knocking the doctor back up against the control panels, alerting the guards and hurting the doctor badly.
I will not weep... this is the way I want to die, setting free my abomination! "So this is it, 'eh?" The doctor lifted up and smiled, coughing blood.
(ooc): I am now switching perspective for grater detail control))

Nuke lifted up, ripping off the tattered remains of the breather and sensors attached to him and yelling loudly from the pain, as the nano bots swimming through every part of his body slowly began to reproduce. Lifting a finger he pointed at the doctor.
Nuke: "Who the hell are you and why should I let you live?"
The doctor coughed, laughing a little and wiping the blood from his mouth. "Well it’s not a good reason, but one of them is because I made you, Nuke."
"Nuke..." Feelings flood through Nukes head... hate... pain... death... isolation...
From the outside of the room chatter can be heard from the Senate guard trying to open the door.
Guard One: "Get that damn torch over here and cut this door open!"
Guard Two: "All the power has been cut from this levels aux line, we're patching in the right power source as we speak, Sir."
The doctor grimaced at the conversation and looked at Nuke sternly. "Look we don’t have the time, you’re name is Nuke that’s all we even knew about your past. You were a mental patient about 10 years old when we found you. We entered you into the N.U.K.E. program because you were disposable ..."
“Why the hell should I believe any thing you say?" Nuke clutched his head as the pain throbbed through his whole body. The nano bots were coming online, slowly channeling the toxins in his blood.
"It hurts, doesn’t it? The nano bots in your body are switching on there, starting to channel you’re stress into plasma..." The doctor coughed up more blood as the chatter from the door grew louder.
Nuke looked sternly at the doctor and raised an eyebrow, processing what he said slowly. "Who the hell are you...?", he said, looking up at the doctor.
"My name is Doctor Yama... and I made you what you are." The doctor rubbed his forehead painfully, and wiped more blood away, continuing. "About the nanobots, I need to tell you this before I die, just focus what you want to happen with the plasma into your tattoos."
Nuke looked all over him and checked his back stretching his neck an ill. "There’s no way it’s that easy old man."
"Yes, it is, you don’t remember but you almost escaped here before. But you were undeveloped, they were able to contain you. But now you’re matured you can harness every bit of energy the nano bots make for you." Doctor Yama stopped to sit down next to the door and cough up more blood.
Nuke: “So... what your saying is I can make any thing I want?"
Doctor Yama cut in and stopped him, raising a finger. "No, you can only make what you can picture in your mind and hold there... look, those guards are gonna be in here soon, they're gonna kill me now, that’s unstoppable... but you are free now. Get the hell out of here and start living!" The doctor slumped his head back and looked up. "One more thing... I want you to practice what I told you about... and kill me , I don’t want to die by those bastards hands..."
Nuke rubbed his head, still coming out of the coma induced by the pod and cracked his neck side to side, eager to explore. "What ever you want, old man." Nuke grabbed the doctors shoulder and raised his palm, looking at his tattoo, and imagined a sharp spike taking form. Before he could even react to the thought, a loud crackle took place as the spike formed in his palm, glowing bright. “Later doc..."
Doctor Yama: "Just do me a favor and mess up those dogs for me."
At the last of Doctor Yamas breath, Nuke jammed the spike deep into his heart as the plasma burned away the flesh, the shock killing him almost instantly. Nuke looked down and grinned evilly; he knew this feeling of joy from taking life he... had felt it before.
(ooc): now the real fight picks up il switch to a more suitable format to explain it))
As the doctors body slumped over smoking, Nuke walked to the door and placed his palm to it, picturing a wall of fire melting it away. Almost instantly a sheet of plasma formed and melted away much of the door and wall, exposing confused looking Senate guards who were about to put a torch to the wall. Nuke grabbed his hand and shook it gleefully, then punched the torch bearing guard into the wall. "Thanks man, it was stuffy in there." Nuke cracked his neck again and extended his arms towards the stunned guards.
The leader shouted at the top of his lungs. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOLTS DOING, OPEN FIRE!!!" Nuke grinned big and imagined a thin beam, like the wall he used, coming from both palms. Closing his eyes, again, the crackling... and then the smell of burnt flesh... as a whole row of Senate guards fell, a good soup can sized hole punched through their chests, and the wall still flaming. Nuke walked slowly past the burning bodies to the leader and gripped his neck as he stood shaking. "Hey, nice pants." Nuke pointed to his camouflage pants. "One thing though..." Nuked formed a sharp, thick blade coming out of the ports from his legs, and slid them side to side, cutting off the leaders legs in the same place as the blades. "They don’t breath enough... ahh, see, now there we go.” Nuke pulled the pants of the screaming guards leader, leaving him, and slipped them on walking up the passage way. "Thanks for the pants, man."
The next few scenes are best left un-written. But Nuke left the facility by force, and made it out of Zion into the desert, where the next leg of his quest starts.
