On friday, I made the final touches to the latest creation. Final renders were completed on saturday and I am thrilled with the results.
I also have the AMV.org description written and ready to be posted. The only thing I want to do before uploading the video to the Internet is a special viewing at my house. AZ said he was free tue or wed. What about the other ppl?
Otherwise, I can just upload it now and you all could see it. But I really want to see your guys reaction on Whicker's TV with Huffyuv 720 x 374 (widescreen is accepted for ACen).

Being unable to make it for the special screening at AC's house, he let me in on a sneak peek earlier this week.

I too have received a peek (yay me feel special ^_^ ), although it took me like two days to download, hehe, yay for resumable Opera. This..... is.... beautiful.  SO much more meaningful and soft and full of feeling than the original which was already very nice in that way. The editing is so natural and soft (yet intense when it needs to be) that it feels like it was already born that way. I really liked the inclusion of Laguna and Raine, text was used very well, and 3:51-3:59 was a subtle yet creative comparisson. Awesome awesome job. And big props to AZ for being the original creator, who's original vision was given a boost, but the original is the living root which shall never be forgotten. (Oh and AC, for ending with those two certain words of text... FLAWLESS VICTORY!!! XD ) |

The video page was updated in the afternoon earlier today...so go check it out if anyone hasn't yet. The AMV.org was completed as well...so please pimp it if you wish. I'll certainly try as well.

I could not be happier with your remake, AC. It's beautiful. It has made me extremely happy to see my creation given a new life, and you deserve unlimited credit for what you've done. All of your painstaking work shines through, my friend.

Oho, I loaded the AMV forum page from my email account. Pretty fast I would say Thanks AZ, Prodigi, and everybody. Hope it competes well at Acen. -edit- I realize its common since its a new video (and some really great people liking it), but its already pretty high on the AMV star list.
