I've been thinking about doing this for a long time, and dangit the community needs to re-awaken, so here goes: I'm sure many of you have heard a song and thought to yourself, "That SO defines my PLRPG character!"
Well, why not keep track of songs that may give insight to each of our characters?
One song can apply for more than one character, so don't be afraid to post one that's already been posted.
Here's a few that stood out as being quite suitable for Zack (more to come):
Linkin Park - "Easier to Run" (One of the first associations I made, for his psychological avoidance of his past)
Metallica - "Wherever I May Roam" (for the early part of his life at least)
Metallica - "Hero of the Day" (This'd be pretty good for each character at certain parts, but for Zack it's mostly for atmosphere; this song can be serious, moving, and uplifting depending on how the listener feels)
Miyamoto Shunichi - "Byakuya ~True Light~" (D.N.Angel opening. Lyrics/trans: www.animelyrics.com/anime/dnangel/byakuya.htm)
Shinedown - "I Dare You" (Just heard that today, such perfect lyrics ^_^ )
Kiroro - "Best Friend" (Kinda goes out to all of Zack's friends. Great friendship anthem. Lyrics/trans: www.lava.net/~raistlin/kiroro/bestfriend.html )
Man, I had a whole huge list before, maybe I'll find it on my zillion and one discs someday. ^_^;;
