Here's my official word on number of character entries per person.
-You should only have one main character whom does interaction with RPG storylines and other players characters.
-Secondary characters (Ex: Bax's crewmates, Midgar bartenders, Catrina) do not require a character entry submission to use them. These secondary characters should not interact with storylines independantly or interact with other players characters (and if they do, keep it bare minimum). Basically use secondary characters to build upon your main character.
-NPC Characters (The Senator, Fallen Pheonix, Apprentice Leon, the 3 Holy Order priests who attacked Bax, Holy Order Elder Priest Revan) are not secondary characters but are independant entities whom can be used in any post involving that persons main character. But run interactions with these NPCs through the people who first introduced them for clarity.
Sidenote: I'll let Prodigi's second character he introduced slide by for now since this policy wasnt clearly stated. But keep Roland to a relatively secondary character.
