I thought I already made one o' these but I can't find it, so oh well.

I suddenly found out that a lady in another state, who works for the company I do, is behind in her work, due to a tragedy in her family. She really needs the help, I really need the pay, so tomorrow I'm off to Louisville, Kentucky!

Around 10 hours round-trip, and that's hoping I don't get severely lost. With the holiday, the traffic will likely be intense, it's a completely unfamiliar area, doing some unfamiliar jobs in an unfamiliar store. AAAH!!! I'm skeert! Can anyone come with me and hold my hand? Heh, I wish.

Anyways... this'll be my biggest road trip all by my lonesome. Wish me luck!

At least I'll get to book a hotel with the company reimbursing me for it, as well as eat out all I want with the company paying for it, and gas is paid for (more or less) after 30 miles. So, it can be fun as long as I budget my time right. :3

Here's hoping it goes smoothly. So yeah, on the 4th and much of the 5th (possibly all if I need recovery time) I'll be gone. Sorry for the short notice. I'll hang around tonight until I'm sleepy, but I need to go to bed at a decent hour and start driving early.

Woot, we survived. Annette was safely delivered home when the invisible ransom was paid. We'll gush more about the tiring trip when we're more recovered most likely. It was way more business than pleasure due to various factors involving time not cooperating, so we're both pretty tiiiiiiired. At least we did have some fun though when we could, and had a few priceless lol moments, so it was worth it, in my opinion.

Another road trip for meeee! Me n my Mom are off to Penn state. Not pencil state; this here state is not erasable, so we better not make any mistakes!

I won't bring my Bic white-out pen cuz it SUCKS!!! Hope I can find the receipt so I can take this crappy thing back.

ANYWAY, I'll be gone possibly until Friday or Saturday, depends how big the job is, plus even if I'm back before then I'll be transcribing stuff for a looooong time then need a little time to recover. This is gonna be hectic. But I'll try not to croak.

I'm baaaaaaack! *fallz overz*

Well, sort of back; I can't be online much for the next few days; lots n lots of transcribing to do so I can send all the stuff I collected. It was really hard work, but we managed without it being TOO overwhelming.

But I was so nerved up and still sick (recovery not working with all this prolonged stuff...), so nerved up that before the work and during, I got the following amounts of sleep each night:

zero
two
two
zero
two and a half (separate)
four
two (this was with friggin sleeping pills!)
four (before typing this)

Can't be good. Hopefully at some point I'll get some hibernation in and make up for those losses before it becomes still more un-recoverable sleep debt shortening my lifespan more than it already will be.

But at least all the weird road signs kept me good n crazy. ^_^;; I forget one dangit but wrote down others which I'll share at some point once I dig the list out.

Aaaaanywaaaay, it'll be good to see you guys again, it's even great just to see yer board again. Looking forward to being around more once things even out again.

Found out my sister's coming over to my parents'! And it's the holidays! And and aaargh!

So, I might be gone a couple days, unless my bro finally gets his comp out of his room so I can reformat it. Even then though he'll probably be using teh intarwubz all the time for XboX and we don't have a router, so I can't be on all that much, but I'll make the effort to pop in once in a while in case RPing is needed, or even general companionship, should you all misplace your Companion Cubes. Though I know those are a lot more fun than me lately.

Yet ANOTHER road trip for me! Argh! Durn other-state auditors not doing their jorb! Anyway, this time I'm off to Maryland (Washington D.C. area), have to scan an ENTIRE STORE, followed by as much undercover Mooly work as me n my mom can stand before our time limit is up.

We're leaving either late Monday or early Tuesday, won't be back till Friday or Saturday, and then I'll have a rather hefty week of work to do, so I won't be around much until Thursday or Friday of next week unless I manage to get stuff done early in spite of fatigue.

SP, sowwy I didn't get time to call Mom for the details, I'll know tomorrow (Monday).

To the rest o' yuns, I shall be online on 'n off till then, but once I leave, seeeeeeya later!

(Edit: Correction, won't be back until late Sunday/early Monday. So I'll have to hit the ground running when it comes to getting my local work done by Wednesday. ^_^;; Busy busy busy!)

A rather post-absent announcement, but I've been away from the message board for the past week due to a flu-sinusitis-laryngitis combination. After sleeping nearly 16 hours some days, I am doing better... and about time! (since the local DZX'ers have New Year plans). I aint over it yet, but at least I can somewhat talk again.

Physically, I'm back, yaaaay! ^_^ But I've got TONS of work to keep doing this week! @_@ So I won't be around much until Thursday or Friday. Though I'll check the board and reply when I can, as usual ^_^;;

Blaaaaaaaaaargh, sowwy I didn't get to warn you guys... I got called away quickly to do some extra work in Virginia, wasn't supposed to take so long, but it was a huge job and I kept getting dizzy/sick from the heat, so I had to stay an extra night. And then like 40 minutes into the drive back, my car broke down. I was on the second from the left freeway lane, on four lanes at the time (near an exit). I was very lucky to get over to the right shoulder without any cars blocking me... cuz the moment I got on the shoulder the engine died along with steering. @_@

So yeah, had to pay for a hotel this time, was friggin $80 for a night even though the lady at the desk was nice enough to give me a discount since I broke down. Mom n Dad had to come pick me up, and Dad looked at my car (since it was Saturday evening, nobody can look at it till this morning, Monday), he thinks either the possibly cracked head gasket finally went all the way, or the engine threw a rod. We'll have to get an estimate, or see if I'm better off getting a new car. And meanwhile I'll have to rent a car for a few days just to get my work done this week. Which is a HUGE job so I get no break, will have to go in a few minutes and work like non-stop until I'm done (Hoping my boss will give me an extension but then I'd have to rent the car for an extra day if I need that extra day... Argh! I don't even think the work will pay for the car... Gotta check on prices. ~_~ )

Soooo...... I won't be around much if at all for quite a while, and my bank account is crying. Take care folks, have all the fun I can't this week. ^_^;;
