What do we want for hotel rooms this year? Last year's suite was... pretty sweet. <YEEEAAAAAHHHH> But is it what we want this year?
Need to get this done soonish so rooms don't get sold out. Also interest gauge... who's going?

Looking at the hotel rates, this is my idea:
$133 per night...Hut Room (2 queen bed) or Desert Room (2 queen + 1 sofa sleeper) + $300 per night...Combination Suite (1 king + 2 queen + 1 sofa sleeper + 1 living room/kitchen) = $433 x 2 nights = $866 If you really think a kitchen+living room isn't necessary (it makes a REALLY good recovery/wreck room), we would drop the big cost to $222 a night for a total of $710.
What says everybody? It all depends on how large of a group we're getting towards this. And don't forget its mah birthday.

Eh... programmer in me didn't want to just toss huge numbers without them meaning anything. First post has my calculations per person for the queen bed rooms.
King is rated at a <50% total base cost. It's been included, but not included in the tables.

90% chance I will go this year. If I can go, it will be after 4:30. A lot more responsibility was given to me at work so I will see how this will affect con going. Worst case scenario, I will have to work a full day.

I updated the attendee list. Update if you are/aren't going if you are/aren't in the list. If that totally didn't make sense, this is so much clearer:

Added to attendees. With Seph/Seo secured, there are 10 people split between 2 rooms + kitchen. There is overflow into the kitchen and prices can be adjusted for 6 and 4 people if need be. 4 queen beds, 2 sofa sleepers, and a living area with a kitchen still gives enough room.
