Spent today coding the avisynth .avs file and finally fixed my cursed problem of progressive motion with interlaced mouths. I probably could have asked AMV.org for help (and they would have), but I decided to RTFM and test all kinds of filters and deinterlacing procedures. Ugh~ Only those who have good monitors will prolly see the color correction and line sharpening, but during motion and full screen it is very noticeable...  [Here's an example of the interlaced mouths.  ]  |

What monitor do you have? I very well notice the difference in the corrected version. looks good. My monitor is a Acer AL1916W.

Oh so true... But... there's such a thing as too much editing space? That would be a little overwhelming and hardly comfortable... but I'll try it sometime. <laughs at trying to get that thing on my computer desk>

I am going to try to get a new one soon though. Andrakon is getting a new system soon anyways. So he can have this monitor and I will have at least a 22 inch if not more. I got a 300 dollar budget.

Meh... whatever. The AMV community just ignored it - maybe just because they're all into the AWA PRO releases and its blacklisted. Don't bother reviving it's thread... I'll start on the next project soon. |

Blaaaah... sowwy for not commenting on it, I've been away all day chauffeuring my family members around to register and vote early, and I rarely go on the amv.org forums so I didn't know about it till now.  Still, the banned artist thing, dunno how much you would wanna risk attention... Which is an absolute shame cuz your vid is so awesome. So many people missing out... >_< |
