Okies, this was very weird but maybe could come in handy... BioFreeze is one of those Ben-Gay type things you rub on sore muscles and the like, that smells kinda minty and makes ya cold and hot at the same time.
If you have some of that in smelling-distance (or in my case, smeared on my arms) while drinking Mountain Dew (or at least a generic taste-alike), it tastes just like Ginger Ale!!!
Stumped the crap outta me when I sipped my soda, hehe, I asked my other family members if the pop tasted wrong but they insisted it was normal to them.
So, if you ever are like "Golly, I sure feel like a nice Ginger Ale right now." And then go "Aww gee, Mama only bought Mountain Dew." then fear not! For this is the answer! ^_^
Not sure if Ben-Gay or Icy-Hot or other similar variants would work in this situation, let me know if you try it though! Do not drink the BioFreeze by mistake. Not responsible for damages incurred, each sold separately, batteries not included
