i'm sort of interested, it's a good time for a con, i.e. summer break. still a bit of a jaunt for me to get there just like detour, i'm not sure if i'd wanna do that with gas how it is now. it seems very fun and personal because it's just starting and i'd like to give them support. but i wasnt too interested in the panels and programming they had. i have a feeling it will be a very spacious con with not a whole lot going on. i'm sort of on the fence about it.

Hmmm... that seems to be the response from many of us. Since it is the convention's first year, it prolly won't be thrilling/packed full like Detour or Acen.
As much as we would like to attend more conventions, it sounds like we will not partake in the event?

On my end, it's too close to Otakon (the very week before), money's tighter for me since having to pay off my car, and as was said it might lack a lot of features. (Everytime I tried to reply before my comp crashed, sis's comp is letting me at least @_@ )
It'd be cool to try, especially with the clubstuff, but it just doesn't look like an option for me either. >_<

again, if i do go, i'd like to avoid driving to mn. it puts a lot of miles on my car, especially since i'll be making a few more trips home. also, one very expensive week has wiped out all the money i had saved up and i'm back to living paycheck to paycheck again. this may change my august, but i'm still in a bit of a financial bind at the moment.
count my attendance as a maybe and i'd prefer not to drive.
