have any of you gotten to see any celebs from the anime or music world at any convention? I'd like to know about your encounters! I thik it would be awesome to meet some of those people and see how crazy they are. I would like to meat the creators of one piece and tell them to hurry up! LOLz. Too bad not too many people I know will be at otakon thuis far here's the list I think it's on wiki so en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otakonseems the list for 05 was pretty huge! LOLz.

Well, I haven't seen all the celebs of course, but I've gotten to go to the MegaTokyo autograph session (great fan manga, very cool people). I got to ask Piro the correct pronunciation of his name (PEER-oh), and he drew himself as a chibi neko above his autograph. But he mis-heard my nickname (Ice-Angel) as Ice-Age when he wrote it. Whoops. ;D The L'arc-en-Ciel concert friggin rocked. Great pyrotechnics, and their music actually sounded more awesome live than recorded! Tetsu was friggin hillarious. Him and his bananas. XD Apparently he does that at several of their concerts, lol. Someone logged the whole experience here: www.dvdvisionjapan.com/L'Arc~en~Cielreport.htm It's every bit as awesome as they described, and then some! Vic Mignogna, dub voice of Edward Elric from FMA among lots of other stuff, is one of my favorite actors. He talked so passionately about his roles, especially of FMA. If you check out his youtube channel (in my subscriptions), and search other folks' clips of him, you'll see he goes above and beyond to show appreciation for his fans too. He's hilarious, he's nice, and he's just plain passionate. Seeing him in person has been such a treat that I've done it twice. ^_^ Second time (might have been at a different con, I forget now...) he tossed candy out to us and I'm keeping my mini Milky Way Midnight forever. Last year there were TWO concerts and they both kicked butt! Attack All Around have such diverse music styles, they could practically appeal to ANYONE in one song or another. The lightshows were great and the music was all awesome in so many ways! WonderSaiyan was already into them before the concert, and I'm now a fan (though haven't had much time to check them out... >.< ) Then there was Eminence. A symphony orchestra from Australia who do video game music. It was just jaw-dropping and immersive. And there was so much fun when they belted out some surprises like the Mario medley. :3 And that was just a small fraction of their group. We must check out more from their full orchestra! They got a very long, loud, standing ovation from a totally packed house, and it was very well deserved. I'm really looking forward to JAM Project. Kageyama Hironobu is THE voice of shounen anime (Some of you may recognize him from doing the original Japanese Dragonball Z themes and lots of image songs... and the friggin "Go, go! Turtles!" from the infamous TMNT OVA! XD). With him there it's bound to be powerful stuff. His voice can take getting used to; it's very unconventional to the American taste. But to the Japanese-trained ear, he evokes strong passion and heartfelt emotion. Cons rule!

I met Johnny Yong Bosch at a few cons. He's really nice ^_^ He was in the Power Rangers back in the day. He's also the voice of Vash The Stampede. These days he's touring with his band EyeShine. At Expo I met "Ando" from "Heroes" and didn't realize it XD He interviewed me for Anime Access and it aired on Anime Network. I'm dressed as Lucy from Elfen Lied. I was basically having Heat Stroke and didn't have my costume on properly XD so I feel like I looked like crap, but he was excited to see my costume because he helped with the English Dub of Elfen Lied. Here's the video try not to laugh too hard at my stupidity... you can find me around the middle of the video, after the final fantasy chick on the bike. mefeedia.com/entry/3422877/At ACen while running around in my sexy cop outfit with paddle and crop, I caught the eye of the best friend of the Red Power Ranger XD so I got to meet the Red Power Ranger and he got us into the Rave without having to wait in line *oooh, ahh* XD hahah We interviewed Robert Axelrod the voice of Lord Zedd from the Power Rangers, so I also met him in person at Acen. I may have met more celebs but didn't realize it XD Yeah.. rubbing elbows with the Power Rangers XD HAH
