Phew, me n Annette FINALLY made it back home, one getting-lost and two emergency-naps later, so yeah, took us like, all night n day and part of a night. @_@ (I was just at sis's to recuperate and reiterate some, now gonna go to BED once the heater catches up and makes my bed not a slab of ice. Ooooh.... bed.....).
Thank you Annette, for making my attendance happen and taking good care of me. Thank you everyone else, for making this half-disaster of a con into a still extremely precious and enjoyable experience. The time I got to spend with everyone was, to me, the highlight of it all. And DZX had a great deal of victories to boot. So all in all, I had a great time, and don't regret this con at all.

Guess I'm still recovering a little after the convention in terms of sleep hours, but overall I "raved" far less than previous years and wasn't as worn out that way.
As a convention itself, I feel it was the least favorite we've attended thus far due to the hotel, panel, and parking issues. We gained, however, an untold understanding of each other through talking, hanging out, and watching Anime over the course of Friday through Tuesday night. Attending was not in vain, but just a very different experience that came through.
BTW... I think its safe to say we like Gurren Lagann and Beck after our multi-episode watching.

I just hope to finally make it to a convention soon! I would have to go to one where I dont have to stay at a hotel. I cannot sleep at hotels at all, and sleeping with so many peopl I dont know much would be strange and awkward for me. Plus I gotta pee alot at night I would keep everyone in the room awake. so when we move up there to wiscy it wouldnt be a problem. we also got a van that could sleep a couple peeps for a nappie when we need to and just nap shorthy instead of a hotel room . he he.
juuuuust hope I can move there it would be nice to hang out with you all!
