Okay... so we need at least one more confirmed driver and the others are standby for backup?

I can't speak for WS currently, but I'm figuring that if we HAVE to, we three (me, her, n Paul) can keep to her car for the trip. Though considering how long we'll have been, and will be, stuck together as it is... we sometimes do prefer mixing it up so we get more bonding time with you guys.
So, consider it a backup option, though like I said, I think we would prefer to be shuffled a bit if possible. (Feel free to disagree with me if you feel differently, WS. And it's not that I don't luv you n my bro, but you know what I mean right? o.o )
(...bro might want to stick with me anyway due to being socially anxious n all that. Ummm, we'll seeeee, I dunnooooooo)

Put me down for driver/backup. I just had brand new brakes and brake pads put on my car about 3000 miles ago, which is important as the old ones ground the brake pads to dust. @_@ These new brakes have noticeably more stopping power than the old ones. Hopefully Ill also have new tires by then to. I'm confident the old tires could make the trip, but its something this car has just needed in general.
Also, the massive sandwich buffet may return, depending on what I have for money by then.

food may be an issue though. sandwiches are good, but bread runs out fast and sandwiches dont fill much room unless you stack em really high. i may purchase some protein bars, although they taste like chalk, they are good for healthy sustained energy as opposed to living on caffeine alone. i just wish hot water and dishes weren't such an issue.

Hmm, anyone know if the hotel has microwave and/or fridge? Cuz that'd be a big deciding factor.
I can get tons of extra bread for cheap, it's 88 cents a loaf at Giant Eagle for ValuTime brand which tastes pretty good in my opinion, in case we run outta the good stuff. Could bring some extra lunchmeat n cheese n stuff too. Between Sqiky and myself I think we'd have a rather good amount. Plus of course everyone can bring cup ramen to prepare with the coffee-maker. Beef jerky is another good tag-along folks can bring. I can get SOME but not too much due to the price. Can bring some pop, some not-perishable-till-opened juice, some bottled water. Crackers to replace bread with for little snackypoos with the meat n cheese.
Apples n grapes keep fine without refrigeration for a few days if cold-space is an issue, we can have PBJ stuff too (though milk could be more or less of an issue, depending on the fridge situation). I can personally live on very little, but I guess you big boys need more fewdz. So yeah, whoever has the reservation can ask the hotel about what the room comes with, or if it would still be an affordable option to add micro-fridge. Cuz then we could also bring canned pasta, Campbell's Soup-At-Hand, steam-in-bag rice, etc.
We could still at least put a dent into having to splurge on the restaurants in the area, easily.

Okay ppls... time is getting short! Arrrrgh~ *Glomp* Called the hotel and they offer a refrigerator add-on for $12.00 per room. Would it be safe to say we need both rooms to have them or do we just want one "Home base" for foods? There is no microwave though... so if we'd want one, someone would have to bring one. Also, as a reminder - the rooms are a double bed and a king room (3 beds in total) with adjacent/close proximity requested - but not guaranteed. Hopefully it works out and doesn't send us to opposite sides of the building. I reserved them last year, but it was the last double bed. Also, that means 3-4 people on the floor. Drivers (and ZC) get bed perks.
Cost distribution: Is it safe to say take the total divided by 10 people? Objections? So, consider it a backup option, though like I said, I think we would prefer to be shuffled a bit if possible. (Feel free to disagree with me if you feel differently, WS. And it's not that I don't luv you n my bro, but you know what I mean right? o.o ) With this in mind, here's an early car list (lesser filled cars become storage): AC Waffles Erin X Sithius Red Wolf WS SK ZC Paul Comments? Remember $14 a day for parking each vehicle~

Alright so we have confirmed (for brawl) 2 rooms with 3 beds... if each driver, and ZC gets a bed then thats 4 people... meaning 2 beds will be full already. Meaning we have one free bed... >_> <_< DIBS (well, it would just help if I knew if I had to bring a sleeping bag or not) Anyways... do we dare leave Sithius and Crono in the same bed again?!

lol, I wish I counted as a driver Though a king bed could potentially fit 3 people On another note; Yes I can also be a back-up driver if need be. Last resort only please ;D ZC, food stuffs can be bought up thar as well so don't go filling my car with groceries too much for the long trip, k? lol If we bring your super (or any) cooler we can transport milk to the hotel if we get the fridges added. I'm bringing PB&J regardless cuz I lurv it and pop(or water) will do in place of milk just fine for me ^_^ I could bring my hot-plate and a small-ish pot to make soups or whatever if y'all want. Some disposable bowls/ plates/ whatever can be brought as well. Red, do you still have the wonderful rice cooker? That could MAYBE be an option as well. I'm not getting any edible stuff 'til after I am up there and we all have, at the very least, half-assed discussed some of this stuff

There is still (verbal) discussion over the car arrangements. After Waffles and Erin get back to me on their input, it should be near final. Though a king bed could potentially fit 3 people Yep, I implied (but not stated) that possibility with the 3 to 4 ppl on the floor. For that to work, the 3 girls would share the king. With everyone split in half (ouch!), this is what I was thinking, but can obviously change when we get there: King--3 in the bed, 2 on the floor Twin--4 in beds, 1 on the floor [At ACen there were 4 ppl in the king, but I wouldn't recommend it for comfort reasons]
As for total cost for the hotel arrangements for everybody: Hotel ($100 deposit not required with Credit Card): $---484.72 [*includes tax stated in reservation emails] Refrigerator x 1: $----12.00 Parking for 3 cars ($14 x 3 Cars x 2 Days): $----84.00 ================= $---580.72 ----divided by 10 $----58.00 each
If you want to spring for the 2nd fridge, it would be $59.27... so essentially $60 for ease. Collection of dues would be best before we leave home base. I don't exactly want to carry everybody's $600 around a con when its only for hotel.

Hmm, about the fridge... is it for the whole stay or one night? Cuz you might have to times that by how many nights we're there (though that's a ripoff, owie). But I dunno, we might be able to get by with just the cooler. Cuz really all we'd need it for is lunch-meat, cheese, jelly, and (possibly) milk. Drinks can be cooled once in a while too, as needed, though of course there should be one of those round champagne cooler-thingies that can manage some o' that too.
I had forgotten about the anime club not being able to fund it; I thought someone had said they might then there was nothing more said, but y'all know how my memory is. @_@ So umm... While WS agreed to pay my share, adding Paul into that is way too much to ask of her, and him having no income and having just traded the rest of his old games for Halo Wars, and him already owing me a lot of money... I highly doubt he can pay in anything unless I can convince Mom to let him owe her to cover it, but I dunno if either one would do that... so I dunnooooo @_@
If he can't come, that'd make the total divided by 9 instead, so that'd be more per person. Will just have to deem that a possibility given the circumstances here.
I dunnooooo though, about other stuff tooooo.... WS, if you can, be on Yahoo whenever you can so we can talk about stoofs. I'll be working today but will pop in whenever I can.

Those who are still on the fence, you can get back to me on your decisions so that the cost/car totals can be adjusted (sooner the better).
Does anybody know if puddingdisease will be staying with us or registered at all?
