Yes, Phyco is going. AZ and I talked to him earlier today.

And a note to all of whom are traveling with AZ and his JanitorMobile. Pack as light as you can and most likely everyone will have something on their lap for the car ride. This is not only to keep the hotel room less cluttered, but also to make more room in the van so my PH hat dosnt get crammed up in the front like it did at Detour. God that sucked so bad @_@ for me and Phyco at least. So yes, light packing and keep something with you in your seat. That way entering and exiting the van will be much easier as well.

Pickup time will aslo be in the morning, I think AZ said between 8:30 and 9:00 am (not including Sqiky since he's further into the trip).

Aaaaaaand I think that's it. AZ, correct me if I'm wrong please.

Ok, one more update, someone dropped out. Also, tax is added in this cost per person for the room. I've always forgotten to add tax... and it rapes me every time I get up to the register.

oh crap, i was reading through the acen site and i found this.

Hallway Cosplay Guidelines

1) Handheld props cannot be more than four(4) feet in length. This does not mean that it cannot be assembled to form the proper sized for photo opportunities.

2) For photo opportunities, please move to a low traffic zone(out of the hallways) or outside.

3) Costumes, with hardened(wood, steel, Styrofoam, ect) bits, are not to extend more than six inches(6") from the wearer in any/all directions.

4) The cosplayer must have clear line of sight while wearing their costume at all times. Being only able to see through a tiny eye slot does _NOT_ constitute clear line of sight.

5) Be constantly aware of your environment. If you break a piece of furniture, deface the facilities, set off the fire sprinklers, or cause any other damages, then you will pay to replace or repair the damage caused.

6) 'Live Steel' cannot be carried. Any sort of 'blade' must be obviously fake and properly cleared with security.

7) There will be no skits performed in the hallway.

8) Security is given final say in these matters.

Ive got a small news update for anybody currently planning on riding in AZ's van. Theres a strong possibility that I'll be able to drive down there in my car as well. Its a shorter trip than Detour and I'll have fresh oil in my car, so as long as gas money is provided, there shouldnt be any problems.

If you wanted to stop by my place on the way down, I'd be able to transport one, maybe two of you guys, along with a lot of your luggage as well. I will also be playing very loud tunes, cause thats just how I roll.

If anything comes up in the next couple days, Ill let everyone know. Otherwise, plan on meeting me, then caravaning to ACen.

OK. Sorry, Sqiky, but I changed plans a bit since I talked to you. After discussing it with everybody involved (except phyco 'cause I couldn't get ahold of him), I've decided that if you wanna drive, that's great. But if you decide to, then my van won't be stopping in Madison. If would only lose us time and end up costing everyone in my van more in gas, as the total would be divided between fewer people. However, it appears as though Waffles may not be able to bring his costume, as it may break some of ACEN's guidelines about prop length. If that's the case, then it'll be no different than it was on the trip back from Detour. Anyway, to avoid last minute schedule changes, I need your decision by tomorrow, Sqiky. I'm not trying to be an ass about this (really I'm not). I'm just trying to be as cost and time efficient as possible.

i might have one person to add to the list if we can pick her up in chicago , lindsey from anime detour if any one rembers her shes the one who huged clark in the game room , lol, shes allready geting a ride down there and wanted to come with , she can pay and all that lovelyness the only thing is id have to hire some one with a veichle to pick her up when she arives at her anuts, but shes not even sure shes going yet so it be an on the side thing if she even can , any way it only be about a 15 min drive if she can even go so if she can? *gets on knees* i try not to ask for too much somebody help me out?

OK. First. Unless Eric is driving himself down, we do not have room for another person in my vehicle. I WILL NOT drive someone unless I have a seatbelt to accomadate them. Period. Second. I need to know what EXACTLY what is going on with Sqiky and Phyco

Third. I'm not leaving the con to drive around Chicago once we get there. I'm sorry. Driving in big cities makes me nervous as all hell. If she's staying with her aunt, maybe her aunt can drive her. Fourth. If she actually gets there, where will she be staying? If you want her to stay in our room, we need to ask EVERYONE else who's staying there. Sorry, I'm not trying to be an ass, but that's the way we've always handled it.

Please, everyone, I need to know what's happening as soon as you can.

this is the news with me, im going with you staying in youre room paying for my freind and shes staying with herfreinds that are now going, this way every thing works out sort of ok from my end and i dont end up taxing you any more then i allready have >.< i really aplogize for the short notice of all this she kinda suprised me with wanting to go and well women are my soft spot

if there's no conflict in regards to space in the van going down to the con I was wondering if anyone would object to me bringing my Xbox as well? I know we probably wont get much time to play it (hell I'll probably end up playing Megaman X collection again) but the main reason I wanna bring my Xbox is because myself and Sqiky will probably want to shake off the rust for the Halo tournament(s) that the con will be having.
