Yaiz for company while falling!! Welcome, Waffles! Anyway... I know for a fact that Sqiky does not wish to drive this year. And given all he did for us last year (mainly ZC and myself, but still...) methinks he is entitled to take a break from the driver's seat. Also, why assume when you can just ASK? Y'all live fairly close and last I knew you peeps knew how to use a phone  Also also, methinks Waffles should be exempt from driving this year as well. If he really wants to, fine and dandy, but doesn't he already have a fairly long drive from Kenosha just before the con? tsk, tsk Sephy....trying to weasel your way outta maybe driving, lol ;D *is at work therefore cannot ask* plus i gave my reasonings why id like to avoid driving if possible, if need be i can. But id like to hand pick my company (specifically crono as a navigator if need be). |

There have been many chances for communication with peoples over these last several weeks. During non-work hours to boot. Where are the elevator poofs??? |

2 weeks away!!!
The official vote of the AVG Club was the funding of TWO hotel rooms and $60 of gas. I will hand in the paperwork next week (3/24/08) and I will let you know if there are any issues. Until then, enjoy the good news.
As for driving arrangements, would this arrangement work for everyone?

anyways, yes, this would work out well by my standards. i may have my ph costume with me, but that can casually fit in a trunk now thanks to the miracle of tape and bendy straws.

Here is further planning I prepared for the MSTC members: Our convention plan is the following. I hope you have requested off from work April 4 - 6: - On Friday, April 4th, meet at the WR MSTC campus parking lot at 7:00am (sharp)
- Ross – Since you mentioned you can drive, you will be taking Ryan in your car. Fuel money will be provided to you by the club.
- Ryan – Please either have Ross pick you up or be dropped off at 7:00am with your supplies.
- We need to leave early to ensure parking space at the hotel.
- Other attendees – coordinate who can bring a couple sleeping bags. There will not be enough beds.
- There will be a short meeting in the parking lot with the other attendees. These are people we coordinated the hotel rooms and convention with and they will be staying in our hotel rooms. In addition, I am their group president as well – which is why they were invited (the more, the merrier).
- Phone numbers and driving directions will be distributed. It is about four hours of travel.
- I will be leading the group of cars out of Wisconsin Rapids and into Minnesota. I have not decided yet if I am the one after Minnesota since I hate large city driving. I will be checking the directions to determine.
- There will probably be a break in between for food and/or rest.
- April 4 – 5: ANIME CONVENTION STUFF
- Pro-tip: Take SEVERAL showers while at the convention. You will smell (no exceptions).
- April 6: Pack up our supplies/purchased items and travel back to Wisconsin Rapids. We will be arrive between 4:00pm and 6:00pm.

ok heres the deal i can go for the whole con , but haveing no money i would have to trade a crap load of my games to get the gas , and money for the hotel, so 2 part qustion does any one want to pick me up , and does any one want to front me the money for the con , i get my taxs in like 2 weeks >.<, so i can repayz, i just need to know if i have to sell part of my gameing soul or not
important side note , i only live 30 min away high way acessable

ok , i have money coming for some due's some people owed to me , its heading out tomorrow first priority mail , i should be able to come and pay, i just wont be getting any merch or buying any hooch, any one actually providing this year? i could scrape up change for soda for drinks, for teh go go rave juice

Man I wanna go but sadly can't make it. I am also moving to marietta area very soon! But..... I will hopefully get to go with you all some other time and mabye even to Otakon. I wanna go to a con so bad the first time I went I had to babysit so it sucked. I was too worried about exposing the lil kids to bad things so bleh  . cons are no place for lil kids. I wanna go so bad. I hope there is a time where we can all meet up and have a good time con or not. We can even have our own lil con too! LOLz. |
