Here's what I'm making for Acen:  Here's what I have of the helmet so far,  I fixed it after I took this picture so more of my eye will show:  I have the pink wig and the red contact. I just have to make the bandage clothing and the horn. |

Wow, looking good so far.  I was wondering how you were gonna handle being Lucy considering how much she wears nothing, heh, bandages'd work just fine without ruining the character identity. (Most readers who know me:  ) Heh, if anyone's shocked that I've actually watched Elfen Lied, it's actually handled well. It's one of the most honest, lifelike anime's I've seen in terms of how it's directed; not fanservicey, just realistic. There's a difference. ^_^;; Best o' luck with the costume smtemp. You'll definitely get photo requests; that's a really good anime and recognizeable character. |

Waffles: Spray Paint, and then Acrylics for some black shadowy effects. ZaCloud: ^_^ yeah I just hope I'm not mistaken for a Chobits character, but other elfen lied cosplayers said it's unavoidable. I'm going to also make the bandages bloody so it looks like I had fresh kills  I debated about making the vectors, but I don't know if it would just look cheesy having plastic with wire coming off me. |

Wow, awesome job.  It definitely turned out great, the paint job really set it off perfectly. Great job with the horn/ear too (so neat how they did that in the series... Primal enough to be "horns", yet cute enough to be like kitty ears. Set off both Lucy and Nyuu very well, they did. And blood, yaaaay Didja get some good reactions from fellow conpeople? |

yeah ^_^ people are still loving it *cause I posted it on cosplay.com*  just one person at the con, when I walked by them, I heard them say, "There goes a girl with poop on her face" I think he was drunk ^_^ |
