Anyone submitting any? I've got a few that are just making it to the voting, woot! Here they are:    (Colored version, not sure if I'll submit it or not but I felt like doing it. ^_^ )  Go to the .org and vote 'em worthy! ...If you think they are, that is.  And show off any that you're doing folks, so we can all stick up for each other in the polls and perhaps comment. |

Are there any rules? Or is there ever an end to it or are people perpetually submitting banners?

Apparently they were all counted unworthy by voters, blah, oh well I'll try again in a few months with a few adjustments and other banners as well.
Go for it, smtemp (and everyone ^_^ )! You can do it anytime; at least so far, it has indeed been unending, even after the new logo was picked they still had votes on the older banners and let them run a while until they got more new ones. So anytime you're ready, though the sooner you get it in, the more views it'll get if it wins.

It depends how quick the ppl in charge decide to check, and how many ppl submit. Just see how many are in the vote queue (it's listed there) and that gives you an idea of the backlog for the day. They usually let it drain to 0 before adding more, sometimes for a few days but usually they update it once a day or every two days.

Liz, Ileia, Cal and I were wondering how far you could go in terms of 'hinting' to profanity before they disqualified banners. We found that this one was about the breaking point (it was a bitch to get done because getting the .gif to compress under 8kb was a real fucker)  |

 My Azumanga banner made it in! The one with Kimura sensei yelling! The other two banners are pending because I had to fix them. I didn't see that one little bit in the rules about where the addy is supposed to be placed if you retype it >.< it's not supposed to look like it's part of the logo. Thnx guys for voting *even though I forced you to* I won with 99 votes. *91 is the minimum to pass* so it was close! *phew* *added* Yay my other two were accepted as well ^_^ The Neko one got 104 votes and my Naruto one got 110! >.> I may be addicted to this now... haha but I'm all out of ideas.. my creative juices have been sucked dry by school work. |
